(e) to communicate with You regarding the Services, including sending workshop details, service notifications, and

The Company does not sell, trade, rent, lease, licence, or otherwise share any User data or Child-related data with

any third-party vendors, advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or any other external parties. There are no

third-party vendor applications, software development kits (SDKs), application programming interfaces (APIs), or  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
integrations connected to the Company’s backend systems, databases, or storage infrastructure that have access to

User data.

6.2 Third-Party Promotional Content

The Application may display discount coupons or promotional offers from third-party vendors. These coupon codes

are entered manually by the Company’s internal team into the Application’s backend. No User data is exchanged with,

transmitted to, or accessed by such third-party vendors in connection with these promotions.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

7.1 Application Not Directed at Children

The Application is designed for, directed at, and intended to be used exclusively by adults aged eighteen (18) years  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
or older in their capacity as parents or legal guardians. The Application is not designed for, directed at, or intended for  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
independent use by Children. There is no separate Child login, Child account, or Child-specific access mechanism.  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
7.2 Data Collected About Children  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
All Child-related data within the Application is provided and controlled exclusively by the User (parent or legal  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
guardian). The Child-related data collected includes: the Child’s grade or standard of study (mandatory); the Child’s  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
gender (mandatory); and the Child’s name or nickname (optional). This data is used solely for the purpose of rendering  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
age-appropriate and developmentally relevant Content. The Child’s name or nickname is displayed only to the User  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
within the Application and is not shared with any other User or third party.  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
7.3 No Direct Collection from Children  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data directly from Children under the age of thirteen (13) (or such  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
other age as may be specified under applicable law). All interactions with the Application are mediated through the  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
User’s authenticated account.

7.4 COPPA Compliance (United States)

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Company: (a) does not knowingly collect

Personal Data from Children under thirteen (13); (b) relies on the parent’s or legal guardian’s registration, OTP  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
authentication, and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as the mechanism for verifiable parental consent; (c)

provides parents with the ability to review, modify, and delete all Child-related data through the Application; (d) does  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
not condition the Child’s participation in any activity on the disclosure of more Personal Data than is reasonably  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
necessary; and (e) shall promptly delete any data discovered to have been collected from a Child without verifiable  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
parental consent.

7.5 Parental Rights

Parents and legal guardians have the right to: (a) review all Child-related data maintained by the Company; (b) request

correction or modification of inaccurate Child-related data; (c) request deletion of the Child’s profile and all associated  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
data; (d) refuse to permit further collection or use of the Child’s information; and (e) withdraw consent for the public

display of the Child’s information (Hall of Fame, Top Reader, etc.) at any time.

8.1 Infrastructure

The Company utilises Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure for the hosting, processing, and storage of

all Application data. AWS data centres comply with international security certifications and standards including ISO  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3.  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
8.2 Encryption  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
All data stored in the Company’s databases is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. All data  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
in transit between the Application and the Company’s servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). All  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
files stored in the Company’s file storage systems are encrypted.  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
8.3 Access Controls  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
Access to User data within the Company is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. The Company

implements role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and regular access  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
reviews.

8.4 No Payment Data Storage  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
The Company does not store payment card details, banking information, or financial data on its servers. All payment  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. The Company may  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
store payment transaction identifiers (such as Order IDs) solely for the purpose of managing Subscriptions and

processing refunds.

8.5 Limitation

While the Company employs commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or

storage is completely secure. The Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of Your data. Users are

encouraged to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and to notify the Company immediately of any

9.1 Retention Period

The Company retains Personal Data for as long as the User maintains an active account on the Application, plus a  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
period of thirty (30) days following account deletion to allow for any reversal requests or technical processing. After  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
the retention period, all Personal Data associated with the account shall be permanently deleted from the Company’s  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
active systems.

9.2 Exceptions to Deletion

Certain data may be retained beyond the standard retention period where: (a) required by applicable law, regulation,  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
or court order (e.g., tax records, legal proceedings); (b) necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
claims; (c) the data has been anonymised or aggregated such that it no longer identifies the User or the Child (such

anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and product improvement purposes); or (d) backup copies  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
exist in the Company’s disaster recovery systems, which shall be purged in the ordinary course of the backup cycle.

9.3 User-Initiated Deletion  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
Users may initiate account deletion at any time through the account settings within the Application. A confirmation  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
period of fifteen (15) days applies, during which the User may cancel the deletion request. Upon expiration of the  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
confirmation period, the account and all associated data shall be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

While the Application is not directed at residents of the European Economic Area, any User subject to the GDPR is

erasure (Article 17); (d) right to restriction of processing (Article 18); (e) right to data portability (Article 20); (f) right to

object to processing (Article 21); and (g) right not to be subject to automated decision-making (Article 22). The

The Company shall acknowledge receipt of any data rights request within forty-eight (48) hours and shall endeavour

to respond substantively within: (a) fifteen (15) business days for requests from Users in India; (b) forty-five (45)

calendar days for requests from Users in California (extendable by an additional forty-five (45) days with notice); (c)

11.1 No Browser-Based Cookies

The Application is a mobile application and does not use browser-based cookies.

11.2 Analytics Tools  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
The Application uses Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC, for the following operational  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
purposes: (a) monitoring Application performance, stability, and crash diagnostics; (b) understanding general usage  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
patterns such as feature adoption, session duration, and navigation flows; (c) identifying and resolving technical issues  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
and bugs; and (d) informing product development and feature improvement decisions.  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
The data collected through these analytics tools is limited to technical and usage data such as device type, operating  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
system version, Application version, session duration, feature interactions, and crash reports. This data is processed  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
in aggregated and anonymised form wherever technically feasible.  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
11.3 Advertising and Marketing Measurement  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
The Company may use Google Ads, Firebase Dynamic Links, or similar integrations to measure the performance of  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
the Company's own marketing campaigns that promote the Application. This integration allows the Company to:  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
(a) measure the effectiveness of its advertising campaigns across Google's ad platforms (Google Search, YouTube,  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
Google Display Network);  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
(b) understand which marketing channels attract new Users to the Application;  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
(c) optimise the Company's own advertising spend and campaign targeting; and  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
(d) build audiences for the Company's remarketing campaigns on Google's advertising platforms.  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
For Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where consent  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
is required for advertising data processing, the Company has configured its Firebase and Google Analytics integration  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
to NOT automatically mark data as consented. Google will not use data from such Users for advertising  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
personalisation unless explicit consent is signalled through the Application's consent management mechanism, in  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
compliance with Google's EU User Consent Policy.  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
11.4 No Third-Party Ad Networks or Data Selling  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
The Company does not use any third-party advertising SDKs, ad networks, or data broker services within the  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
Application. The Application does not display advertisements from third parties, and the Company does not sell, rent,  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
or share User data with any third party for their own advertising or marketing purposes. The advertising integration  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
described in Clause 11.3 is used exclusively for measuring the Company's own marketing campaigns and does not  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
result in third-party advertisements being shown within the Application.

Company has entered into Google's standard Data Processing Terms governing data security, confidentiality, and the

scope of permissible processing.

Users may limit analytics and advertising data collection by: (a) adjusting the privacy and advertising settings on their

12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

The Company’s primary data infrastructure is hosted on AWS servers. User data may be stored and processed in

data centres located in jurisdictions outside the User’s country of residence. The Company ensures that any such  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
transfer is subject to appropriate safeguards, including:  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
(a) Adequacy decisions by relevant data protection authorities;  
\n\t\t\t\t\t
(b) Standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authority;

(c) The AWS data processing addendum, which includes commitments regarding data security, access controls, and
